Your SMB consulting business will require effective management to grow and prosper. Setting goals, objectives, and having a business plan will go a long way to help you manage the overall aspects of your company. 

As the owner of an SMB consulting business, the entire weight of the company rests upon your shoulders. Without effective management, your growth potential may suffer.

Plan

By having a plan of action, business plan, marketing plan, weekly plan, yearly plan, you have set parameters by which to measure your progress. The bottom line on your checking account is not an effective measurement of your SMB consulting business and its' success.
